Continual Investment in our Machinery & People
With continued investment in high end machinery such as our CNC machine by Homag and our panel saw by Striebig we can guarantee the accuracy and precision of our products.
All our lipping’s are applied on site meaning that from sawmill to finished product we are master of our own destiny as we are not reliant on any outside help to make our products.
Security
Michael Pepper Joinery can provide security doors that are PAS 24 accredited which gives our customers the confidence and reassurance that these doors will keep their properties secure. A range of design and options can be discussed with our team.
Finishes
We have our own dedicated spraying facility spanning over 3000 square foot and contains three individual spray booths meaning we are in full control of our delivery times and quality of product.
We can offer a wide range of in house finishes to our doors ranging from Primed, Painted topcoats, veneers, and laminates.
Veneers
Michael Pepper Joinery can offer a wide range of veneers that will provide a top-quality finish to your door sets, we carefully select our veneers to give you the best matches possible.
We can contrast the finish of your door with either hardwood or soft wood frames that can have either a full factory finish, stain, or primed surface for you to decorate.
